Through our clients revisiting Lakeview, we are afraid that there is no availability
in December 2011, January 2012, February 2012, March 2012 and April 2012.

Our rates are $1450/£950
for 7 days. Unlike many renters, if pool heating is required this is included in the price.
A reservation deposit of $300/£200
is required to secure your booking.
A security deposit of $300/£200 is requested in addition to the rental cost.
This is normally returned within a month
of the end of your vacation.
To book our villa,
first email us to confirm we still have availability. Then print off and fill in the booking form and send it to us
with the deposit. Once the payment is cleared we will send you confirmation.
The full balance for your holiday/vacation is
due 10 weeks before your arrival.
