Our community of Cumbrian Lakes is conveniently located on Poinciana Boulevard and is an ideal location
to base yourselves for your dream Florida holiday. A 5 minute drive will find you on Highway 192; here you will find a vast
array of shops and restaurants to suit every taste and budget. Driving for 10 minutes will find you entering the gates to
the home of Mickey Mouse and 25 minutes you will find yourself at Universal.
The games room offers something for the child in all of us; we have a full size slate bed pool
table, table tennis table, air hockey, darts, boxed games and a PS2 with games, brand new arcade machine with over 100 games
installed on it.
We are aware that many guests, even when on holiday like to keep in touch with the office or just friends
and family back home. We have installed a PC with internet access in the villa, we also have a wireless router should you
wish to bring your own lap top.

After visiting Florida on many occasions with our daughters and granddaughters we decided to buy our own
place in Paradise. After many months searching we found the perfect location in which to have our villa built.
We
think we have thought of everything to offer and share with you every comfort and luxury
The pool area, which is not, overlooked backs onto a lake. The pool area has been extended giving a large
sun terrace for the sun worshippers amongst us, with plenty of pool furniture including sun loungers, relaxers, table, chairs
and umbrella. The pool area also has child safety barriers for your peace of mind. The pool can also be lit up for those late
night dips. New Hydro Spa for 2008.
Lakeview has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms both of which are luxuriously furnished. There
is a third double bedroom located on the ground floor. The two twin rooms on the upper floor, one has been furnished with
the young and young at heart in mind. The twin rooms share a Jack and Jill style Bathroom. The fourth bathroom in located
outside the ground floor double bedroom.
As we have always travelled with a young family we feel it is important to provide as much baby eqipment
as possible. We provide at no extra cost a full size cot (crib), pushchairs (strollers), stair gates, steam sterilzer, baby
moniter and high chair.
